Extending a smart rebrand into easy-to-use templates for this clean energy powerhouse

The challenge

Antora is an innovative clean energy company using carbon to store heat, unlocking major potential for energy-intensive industries. After a period of strong growth, they had just completed a new brand with Landscape and were ready to put it to work in additional key touchpoints for sales and storytelling. These pieces needed to explain their technology clearly, consistently, and persuasively.

The solution

Working closely with Antora’s marketing lead, Laura Renfroe, we expanded the new brand into a practical, flexible toolkit the whole company could use. The focus was on creating templates and assets that worked just as well for designers as they did for non-designers. Everything was designed to make it easier to communicate the technology, tell customer stories, and move quickly without sacrificing quality. The result is a system that supports both speed and clarity as the company continues to grow.

Designed for a fast-moving team

Usability was a key consideration from the start. Templates were built in tools the team already uses—Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Figma—so updates and edits could happen without friction or special training. This ensured teams like sales, marketing, and leadership could all work from the same system while staying on brand. The design stays out of the way just enough to let the team move quickly, without losing coherence or polish.

A distinctive, utility-driven icon system

A custom icon set became a core part of Antora’s visual system to help convey complex concepts in a clear and approachable way. The icons were designed with a distinctive, utility-forward style that feels technical without becoming cold or opaque. They work across presentations, reports, and diagrams, helping create a shared visual language for the system.

A cohesive system across every touchpoint

The template kit spans everything from white papers and case studies to site assessments, social templates, and trade show environments. Each piece was designed to feel unmistakably Antora, while still being flexible enough to serve different contexts and audiences. Even high-visibility moments like booth backdrops and foyer clings fit naturally into the same visual language. Together, these pieces turn a strong brand into a living, working system that supports continued growth.
